The Prototyping Equity report documents the first two years of the Equitable Innovation Economies initiative, a collaborative effort led by the Pratt Center for Community Development, PolicyLink, and Mechanism. Through in-depth case studies of four pilot cities—Indianapolis, New York City, Portland, OR, and San Jose, CA—the report examines how local leaders identified and tackled systemic barriers to equity in economic development.
